Captain. Master in National Security and Defense from the "General Rafael Reyes Prieto" Superior War School. Professional in Naval Sciences and Specialist in Maritime Policy and Strategy from the “Almirante Padilla” Naval School University. Honor graduate of the Joint Force Military University Republic of Korea. Researcher at the International Maritime Analysis Center against Drug Trafficking, Colombia.
