The book Colombia River Power: A look at the wealth of the Third Sea, this suggestive title, coined in principle by the Mission of the Wise 2019, when they highlighted the country for its water wealth, indicating that it is not only bathed by two seas but also showed the potential that underlies the number of tributaries, rivers and lakes, thanks to the benefits of nature, comparing these with a third sea.
