Abstract

The interview shows an academic and investigative process in continuous progress on issues of National Security and Defense at the ESDEG, which turns 113 years after traveling a path of honor and knowledge in the training of military leaders until reaching the present century of challenges and uncertainties. , but with the values intact and the purpose of continuing to contribute to society and institutions.

Samir Andrés Castellanos-Abdala, Armada Nacional de Colombia

Captain. Master in National Security and Defense from the Escuela Superior de Guerra “General Rafael Reyes Prieto”. Professional in Naval Sciences and Specialist in Maritime Policy and Strategy from the “Universidad Escuela Naval “Almirante Padilla”. Honorary graduate of the Joint Force Military University Republic of Korea. Researcher at the International Maritime Analysis Center against Drug Trafficking, Colombia.
